the irony of being a malaysian.

you know, the irony of being a malaysian is that you may be a malay but your bahasa melayu might not be as good as a chinese who ironically cant speak chinese but an eurasian friend of yours can but her basic knowledge on english could be weak. this is very common in malaysia and it's just weird, isnt it?

doesnt it all sound too familiar? also, it's scary how the internet makes the world a smaller place than it already is. i was on my first day of work to report myself in when they had stewards and stewardess for a photoshoot over. i was greeted warmly by this bloody drop-dead-adorable steward. he didnt say anything but all he did was smiled and that was enough to make me pee in my pants. i took a seat opposite him and looked away. more stewards came and greeted one another in front of me while i still try to look away. anyway, fast forward, he walked away somewhere and left his jacket with his name tag on the seat. i peeked and try to make up what his tag says and ok, i finally manage to get his name. then he came back and i overheard he's from my area. omfg, you could've sworn my heart was pumping incredibly fast. i mean someone so cute lives around my area, HOW CAN I EVER NOT KNOW, RITE? THAT'S A SIN!

anyway, i was told to report myself next week instead. i wasnt pissed though. i met a cute guy who lives around my area (although he's got the squeekiest voice ever which can be a turn off if you were to just listen to his voice and not know how he look like. but as they say, pretty boys have bad voices and ugly dudes get the sexiest voices etc. guess god has his ways of making things fair, huh?) so that's worth the wait. a couple days later, by some 'odd' coincidence (i swear, it was a coincidence, ok! *looks at maxine*) , i found him on friendster. i showed maxine and guess what? he's maxine's neighbour in penang. maxine then started to fill me up with lots of gossips about him la. like omg, so scary how it's easy to track people these days but i'm not a stalker, okay. it was just a mere coincidence. HAHAHA. i repeat, I AM NOT A STALKER!. so ya, there you go. internet makes the world such a small world now, isnt it? (note: and come on, we all know how some of you uses the internet to google up people. )

p/s: speaking of companies, my old company has not paid my last cheque for the past two months, what should i do?
