ing at all, but one thing i know that you can not find the perfect situation in any company, if the managment are ok, then the job is not good, if the job is good the managment have problem.

one thing i can tell you, if you need the money at the end of the month, stay with this job no matter how suffering you untill you secure the new job, as the job market these days is very difficult and not easy to find a job, but if you no need the money at the end of the month, then resign and do not disturb yourself in the office that you are not happy with it.

if this is a case, i think you stay with your current job , as your mum know you and your situation and she want the best for you, at the same time try to look for the better job, once that one is confirm you resign from current one, please think twice......

All i can say is if you ain't happy there then just leave. Why bother waking up in the morning and dreading the day ahead?

I acted on impluse once and just left but in retrospect I should have found another job before resigning. Maybe you should get something else first before leaving.

the main point is that do you need the money or not????? if the money is not an issue for you then leave and look for the job that you like.... but if you need the money to pay your bills....then no one will helping you while you are jobless.....

to tell you the truth, channel v offered me an interview.

and then my friend called and told me about grey advertising agency.

both are such huge agencies. like SUPER BIG.

and i mean, to have channel v to consider me is like ... WOW!

yes, money is an issue but not the main issue. the main issue is because of management.

and now, as i talked to another friend, she asked me to go back to her production house because i was suppose to go for interview last time but i didnt after i got this job.

it made me feel like i can do so much better. dont we all wanna do something bigger so we can prove ourselves to the world what we're capable of?

i know la, im super ambitious for someone with lil working experience but if i can, why not?

usually it's the management that makes people stress not the job, even if they admit their mistakes, do you think it will be any different if you continue working for them? But being managers .. umm. Maybe they say those stuff also to lure you back. There are so many other jobs out there, I'm sure one out there suits you well with the right people. Just be patient okay.
