finally, done and over with the wedding! just got home. hehe. happy 9th monthliiversarii bii (too lazy to type it out big. lol). here are the sneak previews to the wedding.

biggest thanks to vicky's mom. *dances in her saree* it was such a hassle as i didnt know where to get it tied and which color to choose as i have a few (oh wait, actually, i'm left with just two now) but it was all worth it. okays. the end. nites. Zz.Z.zz..zz.z.z..

today's theStar papers is filled with drama. on the first page itself, i wanted to cry my eyeballs out because of this:

"In an attempt to save his 25 dogs from Seremban Municipal Council enforcement officers, a dog owner packed 10 of them into his car and tried to drive off. Eng Her Sun, 66, said he was just trying to save his dogs when he drove out with the animals. However, he was unable to save 13 of his other pets from the dog shooters. “They (the dogs) are my best friends. Is it wrong for me to keep them in my own house? Now, I have lost all my happiness,” said Eng, who was near tears."

just in case you didnt get it, the 13 dogs were all gunned down, in the premise of mr. eng. it pisses me off. sure, 25 dogs were a bit too much for a house and yes, he was forewarned, but was it really necessary to kill them?!!! i wonder if someone were to have 25 cats, will they shoot them dead too (and yes, i do realise cats are less messier than dogs but that's a whole different story)? *rolls eyes* rest in peace ya, my fellow canines.

and then i read an article that can be found here:

"In a nutshell, women are again to be blamed, this time for not wanting to make rich foreigners stay put on our shores. To be more accurate, to remain in Kelantan. It seems that because of the women’s failure to “lure” the foreigners over, we cannot hope to compete with Thailand and the Philippines, whose women are more keen to marry these rich fellows who come looking for “a second home and a second wife.” So said Kelantan Tourism Committee chairman Datuk Anuar Tan Abdullah (PAS – Kota Lama) at the State Assembly. *rolls eyes yet again* and then there was another topic discussed in that article, stating:

Muslim preachers would be rewarded with RM10,000 if they succeed in marrying and converting an orang asli woman. Same goes for any Muslim female preacher who succeeds in converting and marrying an orang asli man. It gets better. In a bid to speed up the conversion rate among the 3,000-plus orang asli community, state Religious Affairs Committee chairman Hassan Mahamood (PAS – Tawang) was also reported as offering “free accommodation, a four-wheel drive vehicle and a fixed monthly allowance of RM1,000.”

there sure are alot of perks for an orang asli (native) to convert to islam in kelantan. i shall not comment further and i guess all that quoting has done the talking for me. and again, i *rolled my eyes* and continued flipping the pages. and then, i saw a familiar face. omfg, it's RONNIETHEPEREMPUAN aka the-hot-filipino-actor (whom should now be known as RONNIETHESUPERSTAR) in the papers! woohoo. can i, PLEASE, can i, have your autograph now, ronnieboy?

p/s: notice how i'm avoiding the talk on sending my sleeping partner away. it was a heart-wrenching moment but i'll talk later. ive managed to control myself until i spoke to my bii. she should have arrived by now (supposed to arrive by 12.15pm local time, me thinks). sp, waiting for you to come online kay?
