so the damn sweet. *sighs* anyways, dennis died on me today. but i managed to drag from sec 14, peejay to cyber and back to kelana jaya. dennis is sloo..owly falling apart. btw, if you do not know WHAT dennis is, he's my 1983 mistubishi galant. i guess im just gonna stay in and watch dvds. i have, afterall, been going out too much lately. classes will begin this coming monday and LUCT, being LUCT, has not come up with a timetable. howwww BRILLIANT, they are, arent they?
speaking of LUCT, a chick from somewhere emailed me just because i said i was not happy with LUCT and asked me to JUSTIFY myself. best of all, she was just a "student interested in enrolling with LUCT". my take on it? i think she's some marketing people from LUCT, pretending to be a student. here's another REASON why im not happy with LUCT, should there be more ppl who PLAN to email me. LUCT is charging me rm13,750 just for a semester. the letter they sent me clearly stated only rm11,500 + resource fees = rm12,000. now, where did the extra rm1,750 come from? their justification? "oh, that's just the minimum requirement. rm11,500's like the least YOU should pay". wtf? now, here's a funnier bit that they told my friends when they went to register the next day. "oh, because you see, for your degree course, you are suppose to pay rm24k per year but since you only paid rm12,000 last semester, you're suppose to pay the rest this semester". WWWHATTTHEFUCCCK la. but you know what, i shall not bitch any further. THEY ARE BRILLIANT, alright. because it is my last sem, i shall not say anything. i'll pay the rm13,750, graduate and bye, i dont want anything to do with LUCT anymore. i really liked the place during my earlier years there. the lecturers were somehow more dedicated. of course, we do come across great lecturers once in a while but that's such a rare occurence lately.
p/s: to all marketing peeps from LUCT, i know how much effort you guys have been putting in to promote the place, but, could you at least get the bursary department to give us a better justification on why we are charged the extra rm1,750? that's not a small amount, y'know.

Well, most of the UniS & CollS nowadays are about making quick + big bucks;
therefore, I agree with U that quality of the institution greatly relies on the dedication of the lecturers.

yes, but really, like gov schools (mainly highschools), how many dedicated teachers are there? it's all about money money money now. bahs!
