OMG! thanks marvin for giving me this url. i couldn't stop laughing and almost pee-ed in my pants just by laughing so hard. kawanster, the name says it all. ohmigosh. march started off with lotsa suprises. lotsa dramas but im all smiley-faced. it's a good month. i went through one of those bimbo-material horoscope readings and it seems march is a month of ups and downs especially when it comes to friendship and all. hello? isnt every month like that? ish. i hope something interesting sparks off this month. another 23 more days to go till march ends. uni has started, im a big pool addict (playing every alternate days), finally driving, love life's a straight line, and i keep bumping into old mates. as some of my friends would say, "wah becky, tai kor lui liao lor" which in direct translation means, "wah becky, you're a big girl now". speaking of old mates, i finally met up with my ex-highschool classmates since i last left highschool twice in just two weeks. once was during my wifey's birthday, and the other was just this afternoon. it was some sort of a gathering to meet up with my ex-highschool english teacher who just got back from new zealand after completing her masters and also to bid mervin goodbye as he'll be leaving to india soon. the funny thing was, mervin was the organiser and he couldnt make it. wtf man. damn lawak. anyways, i have photos from three weeks back onwards to post but my photoshop's gone and i cant resize the pix to post so let's forget about it. haha. i need someone to help me out with my pc badly. it's going cuckoo again. darling biatch0's in UK for his sis's wedding. boo hoo hoo. T-T
about my dj-ing. so it wasnt big a deal but kris and i were offered to do full time and our slot that day was being requested to go on for another extra two hours. it sure was a helluva good experience and i actually enjoyed it and i think it's gonna look good on my cv as well as my lecturer told me he'll help me do my cv. i noticed some of my friends and their friends dancing when we were playing the songs on the courtyard. sure feels good to see such a response from an audience but other than that, the open day was pretty dead. *hrmphs* and you know wha'ts sweeter than honey? my penang ex-primary schoolmate, li shih, came with her friends to cheer for me but they were a little too late. im so touched. *muacks* now let me see, what else am i supposed to say? oh yea. i was really really disappointed with a friend just now. after not talking to him since our last ... i dont know what you call it, i decided to sms him and ask him how are things. i wanted to mail him originally but then i thought, nah, i wanted an instant reply so i sms-ed. sms-ed the wrong PERSON instead but then i resent the msg to him and no replies. wtf. i just hate it when you're close to someone and all and they tend to think you like em? hello? i'm nice to everyone and i'll say lotsa stupid things in a jokingly manner but it doesnt fcking mean i like you. bahs. it's hard being nice. i'll end now. kris and lily's coming to my place at eight in the morning. OMG! so early. =( and oh, monkey boy jon's in melbourne even without me knowing it until he mailed me. it seems he couldnt get through my phone. im gonna miss all those crazy rides we've had, jon!

Anyways, I think this site is an example of Malaysian rip-off-ness. I agree that we should strive to be better, but ripping off ideas and getting ideas [Not to mention names] from other sites is just bad. How long before they copy MySpace?

Sometimes people with stupid sounding ideas are the ones laughing all the way to the bank. I am sure someone will come with a Chinese version next if it hasn't come out yet.

Posted by: tIcKLe`Me at March 10, 2004 08:10 PMi personally know the person who created kawanster.i'm not being biased or anything but for your information, he didn't create it to gain profit, but instead he's just doing it for fun. he's really good in wut he does and i guess he was experimenting .what's with all the negative attitudes people. you're saying he's ripping off friendster, well i'm saying he's being inovative.the first car was created by ford, but the japanese improved it and so did the germans and british. do people call them ripping off ford, no. they said its innovation. besides, if u care enough to check out kawanster, you'll see that it has its differences and and is not a total copy of friendster. i personally think its better. instead of just connecting you with friends, you can post your blog, participate in the chat box, keep track on who's actually viewing your profile. besides... where did u think they got the name friendster from? napster... think about it.. rationally ok..i think malaysia needs someone as talented as him
